Cajun Joe's, a long-standing establishment in Brighton, has recently seen improvements in the quality of its food, particularly its chicken, according to reviewers. The owner is noted for his courtesy and helpfulness. Customers praise the small-batch chicken and the introduction of Mexican dishes. The servings are large, and the quality is top-notch. The chicken tenders, in particular, are the best around, with a unique seasoning that customers describe as "epic." The owner takes pride in keeping the establishment clean. Despite minor issues like undercooked fries and limited menu availability, Cajun Joe's has become a regular dining destination for some families.
