I ordered the original Italian mikes way and I only had to state my order once. From the moment I placed my order, the girl building my sub was dialed in. She greeted me by saying hi, asked what I wanted and confirmed I wanted it mikes way. From there, she was off. She sliced my meat faster than I’d ever seen before. Tonight I ordered with a gift card online. And I was told that my order was already picked up when I hadn't been to the location yet! What kind of a scam is that? I'm really upset that not only do I not have the food, I lost the amount of money on my gift card which was $20. I have never had anything like this ever happen before!! This was the first time I've ever ordered at Jersey Mike's. I'm not sure I would ever trust the location in Brighton again....
