I was served by a young man named Alex. He went above and beyond the normal great service I get here at this location. He took the time to make sure I get the most out of my Shore points, offered to add toppings to another sandwich that I had omitted from one (first time anyone offered that) and he was really a joy to deal with overall. Great job.
They asked for a tip before I even received any service. Then no tip they move slow. Also a tip on a high price sub sandwich.? Food is good. Not interested in going back to that one in Brighton any. Ann Arbor on is better.

I ordered the original Italian mikes way and I only had to state my order once. From the moment I placed my order, the girl building my sub was dialed in. She greeted me by saying hi, asked what I wanted and confirmed I wanted it mikes way. From there, she was off. She sliced my meat faster than I’d ever seen before.
