Ordered the Jumbo Shrimp skewer. The green beans were very good, the rice was also very good. The Jumbo Shrimp was not even large. These are medium size Shrimp. Great flavor but small. Deceptive description.
Joe kools is a great place, I especially like the bar. The food is good, and there is something for everyone. Great happy hour. They have new bartenders and the service is so much better.
My wife and I came for lunch on a Tuesday. There was no host up front, and we had to wait about 7 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. I ordered the fish and chips, my wife the cob salad with potato skins as an appetizer. We planned to split the meals. The wait to get our food from the kitchen was just too long.
