I am under the understanding that you guys are short staffed due to employees getting covid with various stores cutting hours even to only a few hours a day. I am unhappy when asking why the location is only open a few hours they hide the fact because employees are home sick with covid. That puts me and my family at risk.

We just walked out of the Wendy's in Brighton, Mi because they were unwilling to help us. We stopped there after my son's basketball game for a double stack which he has safely eating for many years but not in the last several months. We checked the ingredients as we always do to double check and found that the ingredient list indicated that all of their burgers contain egg. I have been try to call this location for 6 hours today I even called the Lee Road location and they said they would try to call Grand river but that is something that is very common that their phone doesn't work. How am I suppose to call.
