“The atmosphere is wonderful! You can sit down and relax, read a book, meet with friends, have a business meeting, etc. and it’s the perfect spot. It is decorated so beautifully and the toasted marshmallow latte is 10 stars! It was also busy when I was in, as the Brokerage House happened to be in and buying drinks for everyone - and the staff was exceptional. So courteous and quick!”

“The food was ok, I got the nachos and the meat was not seasoned at all. The portion was great and the cosmo that I had was amazing! I really liked the Halloween decorations and how much of a community they had built. Looking at the mugs that belonged to people part of the mug club was very cool. The memorial for one of the mug club members really touched me. This place is definitely worth checking out.”

“Klavons in Jackson has the nicest and most caring staff and management. Our car broke down in the parking lot and while we figured out what to do we ate inside. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. My daughter was feeling unwell so we were sitting outside figuring out what to do and a member of the staff getting on shift brought us all ice water to stay cool. She also offered for us to sit in the lobby in the ac. Soon after, the manager and his son came out to check on us. He told us to come inside and get the kids out of the heat and we were welcome to stay until we get situated and get a ride. The staff got us a table and checked in on us often. I highly recommend this place not only for the delicious food, but for the genuine care of the staff. A million thank yous again to the Jackson staff for your hospitality!”

We absolutely love his food and felt it would be so special to have on our special day. Not only was the food wonderful, the service and staff were great! Their team was constantly checking up on everything/everyone and keeping everything well stocked. They also provided some late night sandwiches that were perfect!
