For the fifth time in a row I was told tonight that it would be at least 25 to 30 minute wait for a hot and ready pizza. If I have to constantly be told no that I have to wait 30 minutes they are neither hot nor ready. It would be understandable if it happened once or twice but this is the fifth time in a row the only reason I've continued to go back is because there's no other Little Caesars near me. Bad got worse somehow. I had accepted this place as having terrible service, and to expect a wait when ordering ahead. Today, to mitigate this, I placed an order at 2:40 PM for a pickup at 5:45 PM. I arrived right at 5:45 PM. The lobby was packed full of irate customers as usual. Pizza Portal was not functioning for reasons unexplained. Wasn't going to give a review because I know what it's like working in customer service. Although working in public has it's ups and downs and taking into account everyone has a bad day from time to time. The customer service at theis location is consistently bad. No one is ever at the front desk and it takes 20 min or more to get a hot and ready pizza. The app is down and no calls are taken to place an order. Yesterday was the last straw for me.
