“I visited this location at around 11pm this evening after leaving the Pistons game. I was reluctant stopping at a Taco Bell & combating the AI order taker but lo and behold, there was a real life human & a really nice one at that. I believe he said his name was Grayden. He was super patient, kind, efficient and even was telling me to stay warm & drive safe. He also told me to have a great night a couple times with a big smile on his face. In today’s society it’s rare to be met with such kindness in the hospitality industry & he embodied what every establishment should hold their standards to & above that! I’ll be coming back to this location several times just from that experience alone! Give that young man a raise!!!“

“Nothing to do with the restaurant itself more so directed towards their corporates; The caramel cinnamon delights are super tasty, but at $2.79 for two they could be a bit bigger. They are as big as a golf ball. Bring back the captain crunch delights or whatever those were.“

Sarai took the time to carefully explain my options, and Brooklyn was quick to assist with all my questions, making sure everything was clear. Kylie was exceptionally attentive, providing thoughtful recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. Max showed great patience and expertise in resolving an issue I had, while Amber was cheerful and made the checkout process seamless.

All of them worked together seamlessly, showing a level of professionalism and genuine care that truly stood out. It's clear that this team is dedicated to providing top-notch service, and I look forward to returning because of the exceptional customer care they provided!“
