It's like that show cheers, but with coffee. They remember your name and renter your order. Moments before typing this, I walked in and was greeted by name and usual was ready before I even hit the register to order. Sure, there are other coffee spots nearby, but nobody does it better than my people here
Overall a decent place, however the staff can be hit or miss. Some are great some aren’t so much. The ones who aren’t are pretty obvious and I’ve notice I usually get the wrong order. It’s understandable that it’s a fast food establishment but the lack of professionalism and pride in the restaurant is also a problem, from the language used, to the communication behind the counter, and speaking to costumers. My aunt loved this place so much but she doesn't know how to leave reviews. The man she spoke to today was so kind to her that she called me to ask me to make a review. The banana chocolate chip was wonderful.
