“We stopped on the way home from Frankenmuth. We always stop when on trips up north. Today was HIGHLY disappointing. I ordered a corned beef sandwich. The bottom bread was soaked, I’m guessing someone didn’t drain the sauerkraut. I pointed it out. Instead of taking the plate to the kitchen to remake the sandwich she went to get a new bun. About 15 minutes later. I said EXCUSE ME , she said she’s waiting for them to make it ?? It wasn’t toasted or anything what’s to make ?? Still waiting…she brought me a piece of bun. Now the cheese is cold all in a clump and I had to make my own sandwich. I could have done that at home. I have NEVER not tipped until today. Most was brought home so I can warm it up and make it properly. I didn’t hit DO NOT RECOMMEND only because over 16 years this was the first incident. The waitresses handling of it was very poor !! And it wasn’t busy what so ever.”

“My husband and I ordered via Drive Thru last night around 8PM. Not only was our food amazing, quick and so good, the associate helping us Riley C was absolutely phenomenal! What a polite young lady. As soon as she greeted us at the Drive Thru speaker, she was GREAT! We understand MANY places are short staffed and are losing employees daily. If Riley was having a bad day, we had NO idea. She was fantastic! Riley is one of those people that need to train all fast food employess! Kudos to the hiring manager. You hired a wonderful employee and representative of your company. We look forward to visiting again when we are in the area.”

“I've only had excellent experiences here. It's usually not busy inside which makes for a nice break from the hustle and bustle of life. The staff is always very kind and super quick. The entire store is generally clean, including the bathrooms. They also provide coloring options for the little ones.”

“We asked for 2 combos. They haven't had large cups the last 3 times we've been in. He didn't listen and didn't ring us up for combos. Gave us ONE napkin for 2 people, and an almost $30 order. When I said we asked for combos the mgr refunded the entire order, to rering it as combos. So 2 holds were put on my credit card, instead of just FIXING THEIR MISTAKE. We will NEVER come back. Teach your employees to PAY ATTENTION and ring orders up correctly instead of treating your customers like it's their mistake when IT WAS YOURS. Very poor customer service. For the prices you charge, the service should be phenomenal. The manager didn't apologize for the mistake. Had an attitude and said "I don't know what was in your bag." Well you knew my order was $30 so it was OBVIOUSLY more than one item. Maybe they share napkins in her family, or just wipe their hands on their clothes. Idk. The food is not good enough to deal with consistently poor service. Bad service and overpriced food as your reputation is really stupid in a small town where EVERYONE talks.”

“So we calorie splurged on a Big Ole Applebee's burger and switched up to waffle fries (for a nominal fee), and got 5 and a half waffle fries on the plate... not at all what we expected for an upcharge side. Our server agreed that was 'kinda skimpy' and said she would 'go yell at him for us'... We never saw a manager to flag down, which is unusual at Applebees, and will probably go to a different Applebees next time. We do like menu and the food, but there's an Applebees at every exit!”

I had fish and chips asked for a salad instead of coleslaw and they charged me 5 dollars more for a tiny salad!!! I felt ripped off!! The manager needs to removed they don't know how to run restaurant!!! I will never go back!!! Birchrun restaurant never had problem! Clio is nightmare every time I've been there!!! Stop ripping people off!!! Done with them !! People go to classic coney Island better food and service!!!”
