“My husband and I ordered via Drive Thru last night around 8PM. Not only was our food amazing, quick and so good, the associate helping us Riley C was absolutely phenomenal! What a polite young lady. As soon as she greeted us at the Drive Thru speaker, she was GREAT! We understand MANY places are short staffed and are losing employees daily. If Riley was having a bad day, we had NO idea. She was fantastic! Riley is one of those people that need to train all fast food employess! Kudos to the hiring manager. You hired a wonderful employee and representative of your company. We look forward to visiting again when we are in the area.”

“I've only had excellent experiences here. It's usually not busy inside which makes for a nice break from the hustle and bustle of life. The staff is always very kind and super quick. The entire store is generally clean, including the bathrooms. They also provide coloring options for the little ones.”

“Waitress was very nice and fast. Restaurant was clean and pleasant. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is cause we got the buffet and the pancakes were hard from being on the warmer for such a long time. When someone came to add more pancakes they didn't take the hard ones away just put new ones on top.

Kid-friendliness: Brought out a highchair and moved us to a corner booth which was very appreciated when juggling two toddlers and a baby”

“First time in. Ordered the Acai Bowl for $10. It was absolutely delicious! Only complaint is the girl told me the spoon was in the bag. Got to my destination and it wasn't. I'll go back for sure again...and make sure I get a spoon.”

“So we calorie splurged on a Big Ole Applebee's burger and switched up to waffle fries (for a nominal fee), and got 5 and a half waffle fries on the plate... not at all what we expected for an upcharge side. Our server agreed that was 'kinda skimpy' and said she would 'go yell at him for us'... We never saw a manager to flag down, which is unusual at Applebees, and will probably go to a different Applebees next time. We do like menu and the food, but there's an Applebees at every exit!”

My husband devoured the smoked mac and cheese with brisket and a side of slaw, while I enjoyed the brisket sandwich and a side of corn bread. Everything was absolutely delicious! “Our Easter meal started out great. Our server started out getting everything we ordered to the table promptly, and checking back to see if anything else was needed. She later came back to ask about containers, and dessert. She returned with multi containers, & dessert at the same time. This jammed up the whole table, as we struggled to package everything, while our ice cream sat melting. We felt like we were being rushed out the door. We have never experienced this before. Not sure if we will be back to celebrate at this Restaurant again. Rewards members, The Richter's”

“We asked for 2 combos. They haven't had large cups the last 3 times we've been in. He didn't listen and didn't ring us up for combos. Gave us ONE napkin for 2 people, and an almost $30 order. When I said we asked for combos the mgr refunded the entire order, to rering it as combos. So 2 holds were put on my credit card, instead of just FIXING THEIR MISTAKE. We will NEVER come back. Teach your employees to PAY ATTENTION and ring orders up correctly instead of treating your customers like it's their mistake when IT WAS YOURS. Very poor customer service. For the prices you charge, the service should be phenomenal. The manager didn't apologize for the mistake. Had an attitude and said "I don't know what was in your bag." Well you knew my order was $30 so it was OBVIOUSLY more than one item. Maybe they share napkins in her family, or just wipe their hands on their clothes. Idk. The food is not good enough to deal with consistently poor service. Bad service and overpriced food as your reputation is really stupid in a small town where EVERYONE talks.”

I had fish and chips asked for a salad instead of coleslaw and they charged me 5 dollars more for a tiny salad!!! I felt ripped off!! The manager needs to removed they don't know how to run restaurant!!! I will never go back!!! Birchrun restaurant never had problem! Clio is nightmare every time I've been there!!! Stop ripping people off!!! Done with them !! People go to classic coney Island better food and service!!!”

“Stopped in on a Sunday for a quick bite and a couple drinks. They have four really nice pool tables. Got the fried green beans and fried mushrooms both of which were very good. Drinks are also good. Will definitely be coming back.”

“We went to Denny’s New Lothrop Tavern for the first time Friday night (04/26). The food was great ! We started with the pulled pork nachos as an appetizer (we were warned that it was big), and it was great ! I then had the Icelandic cod fish and chips. It was cooked to perfection, light, moist, and with perfect batter. The staff was very friendly and prices were reasonable. We will definitely be going back !”
