Very quick and friendly service. The spicy McNuggets are absolute fire
The food was plain and barely given anything on them. And you dont even fully wrap the food up. Store was slow but somehow you can take the extra second to properly wrap my food up.. and maybe make the order correct...
I put in a mobile order then upon signing in I had to wait a half hour for a 10 piece nugget meal. Then the food tasted like it was from yesterday (nuggets were hard, fries were cold and unsalted). Also the medium fry barely had enough fries in it to fill a small (pic of how full my fry was included).

The McDonald's restaurant serves good and correct food, but the staff often appears unhappy and unfriendly. The restaurant's focus on efficiency and technology has led to a decline in customer service, making it feel more like a chore than a welcoming experience. However, some customers have reported positive experiences, praising the high standards of service and food quality, particularly their tasty burgers. The Court Street McDonald's in Burton is one of the best-run locations around, with a dedicated staff that takes pride in their work, ensuring fast and efficient service even during busy hours. Despite some issues, McDonald's remains a reliable option for a quick bite.
