I put in a mobile order then upon signing in I had to wait a half hour for a 10 piece nugget meal. Then the food tasted like it was from yesterday (nuggets were hard, fries were cold and unsalted). Also the medium fry barely had enough fries in it to fill a small (pic of how full my fry was included).
Drive through was great
Someone apparently “stole” my order that was on a tray on the counter. Had they just brought my food to me like they were supposed to I wouldn’t have been waiting 30 minutes for it. I had to wait for it to be remade when it should’ve been brought to me from the start. They also forgot the drinks with each of our orders making us go up and wait in line for them. Workers always have a rbf and aren’t very polite when confronted for mess ups.
