“I drove in from Lapeer on Saturday the 25th of October JUST to get the XL Deluxe, add olives and banana peppers. JIM'S KILLED IT! Being a Durand boy, I remember the pizza being on a cardboard round in a paper bag. It's still the same pizza, brings back memories. I get Jim's every chance I can.“

“We love Zippy’s - so much that we actually burned ourselves out. Tonight, we were in the mood again. I noticed their chicken parm states ‘never frozen’ and baked fresh. I hate frozen chicken on my chicken parm, so I took the chance. It should say the pasta and sauce isn’t frozen but the 2 small chicken tenders are definitely frozen. Plus, they were tough. We added meat to the spaghetti so it was almost $18.00. For $2 more, I could’ve ordered Pestos and got freshly breaded. The description is very misleading & we wouldn’t get it again. Our pizza was also burned around the crust. We love the business and we love their pizza, but it seems like every where we go, we don’t get what we paid for & I’m tired of just not saying anything.“

Went there early morning in the middle of the Store's Opening set up and still was treated kindly & with love. Special mention to Sarah who, while way too busy, made one of the best Chicken Bacon Ranch Subs I ever had (Wish it had more chicken though) Highly recommend!!“

“To the driver who delivered food to the apartment above the bar in bancroft about 15 minutes ago, I’m sorry for upsetting you so greatly today. I told you I would do my best to watch for your car, however, I missed you. I thought that might happen, since I have a limited view out of my front facing windows. Because of this, I gave you my phone number to call in case I didn’t see you pull in. I only learned of your arrival when my manager called me from the bar downstairs to let me know you were there. Upon meeting you downstairs, you very angrily informed me in front of my patrons and coworkers that you had been blaring your horn at me from the alleyway (which silly old me couldn’t hear from my apartment that is indeed upstairs and indoors) and you had sent me a text (which I never received). I’ve had pizza delivered here many times from hungry howies and no one has ever had an issue giving me a quick call to let me know they were there. Anyway, as someone who works as a server, I completely understand that the service industry can be very frustrating. I truly hope that whatever is going on in your life that made you so angry and rude today resolves itself. Cheers. I will be back 😊“

“So early this morning I used the app to order 11 pizzas and 7 crazy breads. The order was supposed to be made for February 22nd but accidentally I made it for February 21st. So in a panic i called little ceasers at 9:00am (before opening hours). I was greeted by an employee named Autumn. She was so helpful she reached out to her manager to correct my mistake. I will definitely be returning to this establishment. Thanks for all the great help!!??“
