Only game in town. So I have placed my first official order after hearing the hope. I ordered around 6pm with estimated 30-35 minute wait. The Matador and wings. Arrived to hear that my order was ready. They have my wings away. So ok it's just pizza. Asked to just refund the wings so I could get my pizza and go. Kind of getting hangry. It is now 7pm. We were on our way to Byron for a fireworks display. Decided to try Matador instead of going out of our way. Toppings are generous and of high quality (real bacon, fresh mushrooms). Plenty of tangy sauce. Crust is crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, like an old school pizzaria. Great dough recipe.
