I went today for lunch. It was absolutely amazing my server Liz recommended the special a beet sandwich. The flavors were amazing!!! Liz was so attentive and friendly. She even noticed I still had a full coffee and offered to put it into a to-go cup for me when I was leaving. The ingredients are super fresh and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend Blue Heron when your in cadillac!!!
We went today at lunchtime. We had the lunch flights which were delicious. Our server Liz was amazing very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. We will be back. Blue heron is a hidden gem in Cadillac.
