The young lady who took our order was wonderful. My issue with my experience here is that if you have someone in "training", that person needs guidance, and this young lady's boss did absolutely nothing to provide it. Instead of explaining to her how to make things for those waiting, he just let her wait for him on his own time, only worrying about "drive-through customers". I would like to give a big positive shoutout to the Cadillac DQ, specifically someone who I think is a manager there, Megan Nye. She went above and beyond in helping make the day for my brother and sister-in-law last weekend with an awesome blizzard cake surprise, and was so kind in all of my interactions with her. It's not often that there's such personal service in a business, but when there is, it should be recognized and celebrated. Thank you, Megan. You're so appreciated!
Customer service with a smile:) cheerful, happy, friendly and fast employees. Obviously nobody likes to pay more for anything so of course I was bummed when the result of recent inflation affected Dairy Queen….but I can’t even complain because their treats are seriously that good!! The old adage “you get what you pay for” rings true here. 100/10 will eat again
