My whole family ate at Jimmy John's last night and the food was awesome!! That's why we keep coming back! The order was done so fast and the staff was so friendly and the restaraunt was super clean.

I don’t usually leave reviews; but this JJs needs to do better. Ordered from Cadillac JJs on 3 occasions now. None of the deliveries have been correct or freaky fast. Typical time for all 3 have been 45 -55 min later. Big Rapids was never an issue when I lived there. Saying good bye to JJs. I’ll get subs someplace else.
