Not bad service but we didn't get our coleslaw with the shrimp basket. The order was not submitted as ordered. We however backed up and let them know we didn't get our coleslaw and they said the soda took place off the coleslaw. I never had that happen before.

Couple years ago picked up 3 orders to go got home and all 3 were messed so I called the man manager he was rude and started to argue with me about it so never went back good customer service manager! NOT !!!!!!!!

I called customer service in Wisconsin, and left a message, asking that I be contacted, but never received a call back. Culvers has become too big to care

I prdered2 seperate orders as one I needed to drop off. Asked for 2 bags and got everything in one bag. Ordered a large rootbeer float and paid for it Got a medium. Rootbeer float was made with coke not rootbeer. Complained to staff who brought my bag. He lied and said he saw staff make it with root beer. I certianly know the difference between the two. I said this was Coke. He turned and walked away. No apology or offer to correct the mistake. What shoddy place do you run?? 40 buck order you won't see again as I will not be returning. I worked McDonalds as a kid. We had manners. Pathetic. Is there a manager in your store??

Probably the greatest location for the whole company. Plenty of happy staff around, willing to help anyone.
My wife and I had never tried Culvers before. Food was freshly prepared upon order. We both had the spicy chicken sandwich. Nice portion size, very tasty and it actually was spicy. We both had a small shake, mine was peanut butter and my wife salted carmel. They both were delicious. Well done Culver staff. Would gladly eat their again. Thank you.

Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter and I love their custard. She gets chocolate with fudge and oreo. My is vanilla with cheesecake and strawberry. Yum
