The experience was horrible. We got seated immediately, not busy. The server Asta, took 15 minutes to greet us and took a drink order. 15 minutes later, brought our drink, took out app order. 25 minutes later. We get our apps and entree orders taken. 40 minutes go by and not once asked for a refill. When the entrees came out, the food was great. We were never asked how the food was or asked if we needed any refills. She came over at the end and asked if we wanted dessert? Just...
Food was immaculate and steaks were cooked perfectly. Only hiccup we had was one of the staff members dropped the tray and lost one steak. I dont blame them cuz the steaks are on piping hot stones on wooden boards that are pretty heavy and unbalanced. Despite that, they were awesome on getting the food to the table in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this restaurant for dates, celebrations, and even business events. A 9.7 out of 10 in my opinion.
I'm giving 4 stars because some things weren't explained to us properly. 4 of our steaks were overcooked and 1 was undercooked. However, a couple of us did not complain and those that did had the situation fixed immediately by staff. Our server was amazing as was the hostess.
