“My husband and I went to Sushi Kuni for the first time and everything was delicious! Servers were very attentive and kind. We got 3 speciality rolls and they were all so good! Monkey roll (middle) was my favorite out of those 3 but the michigan roll (right) and crab mania (left middle) were both very tasty. We also got the uni roll (2 in the corner) and spicy salmon roll (far left) and my husband and I both agreed the spicy salmon roll was so simple but SO good! Out of all the rolls, it was our favorite!! Would recommend and visit again!“

Their onion dressing for salads is so good you want to drink the extra at the end, straight from the bowl. Best fresh sushi in Kentwood. They have an extensive menu to choose from. “This was THE FIRST SUSHI BAR in Grand Rapids. Forget the others. They are trying to catch up. I grew up an hour from here but my folks would take me here frequently. Tony, the original owner, called me number 2 and I never took offense to it. My sister was born first and was number 1, yet I was the one the kept going here into my 40’s after starting in my teens. Personal touch, great chefs, kitchen and sushi, for years I’m taking. Best thing on the menu by far is the Boston roll. Order two for here and one to go. Then for here a sushi boat.
