Twice in a month, we placed takeout orders and both had a problem! First time, we picked up and got home only to find out the salmon was missing. Called the restaurant. An hour later they delivered the salmon. 2nd time, came to pick up and our food was given to another customer by mistake. Waited 30 minutes for them to remake the food. Very disappointing.
We order from Uccellos often. Usually love it. Tonight ordered a pizza that looks like it was dropped and flipped 3 times on the floor before delivery. Very disappointing. Might not order or go into the restaurant for quite awhile.
Food has always been mediocre at this location, especially the subs. I eat half, take home the rest, then never bother heating up the other half because it's not very good - pizza sub and the spicy Italian ones for reference.
