Two employees were rude in a simple order mixup. My food had cheese and bacon on both sandwiches, when I politely asked if I could have a sandwich without the bacon and cheese. They threw away the food and stormed off without a word to me or after when I got my order. Didnt seem friendly when I was just being nice and understanding. When she asked me about the question of adding bacon and cheese I said yes to the second sandwich we were refering to, but she made the mistake of adding both and charging me extra on the other sandwhich. I wasn't gonna make an issue of that but I'm writing this because the rude service and attitude.

They definitely favor the drive through over the counter, be prepared to wait 10 minutes before even being acknowledged if you come in when cars are there. At least while you wait you can listen to the workers complain, make vulgar inappropriate jokes, and make sexual innuendos

0/10 Do not recommend. This rating system doesn't allow zero stars but it needs to. Menu items do not match what is actually available to order. Frequently out of standard menu items that they do offer. Rude and condescending towards customers. SLOW service. Waited 15+ minutes behind 1 car that was at the pick up window to be told they had none of the three different menu items that I ordered. You'd think they would have said something when I ordered.

Every time I go here my change is always shorted in the morning only with this one girl and she walks to the back every time I’ve gotten my money back because I said something about it but I believe she was trying to steal my money

Horrible service tonight. Couldn't get anyone to take my order...they were just ignoring everyone at the counter, although orders were moving in the drive thru. Almost 35 minutes from walking in till I received my food. The dinning room was filthy. 5:40 - 6:15 pm

These people are some of the most unprofessional people I have been around. I order a Texas Whopper as a single get charged for a double and here the cook saying he isn't going to remove a patty. 50 dollar order and they miss a whopper so I go back in to get it and order a additional meal for a roommate to hear the manager telling the cook I am lying to get a free burger. Not to mention half of them are chewing their jaws. There seems to be no form of intelligence or respect towards a customer.
