“Location is always clean, and my order is always checked and correct when modified. The portions are consistent and the best thing about this location is the workers! Everytime I have come in for the past year they are working hard, yet cheerful and inviting when greeting! The one time my order was incorrect a year ago, they were close to closing and the manager insited I come and get my correct food. My favorite Panera!“
“Update: manager was super helpful and understanding.
Asked specifically for baguette and got no bread or any side with my soup even though it said it was checked by an employee. Annoyed to say the least and it’s a far drive. Not to mention they seal the bag so you can’t even check easily. Also no spoon and no napkins“
