It was good, but the prices are so high. Also tried the new Chicken Teriyaki bowl. Disappointed in the size and it was almost 11.00. And that's all you got. Also I found the chicken to be of not great quality. Need to revamp the prices or the portions. 14.00 for lunch for one person is way too much. I could get a full sit down dinner for less with better food.
I came in the other morning to get bagels and cookies for a Business meeting, Noreen was very quick to explain the rewards programs, locate my Panera account and make sure I had everything I needed to make this perfect! I usually order delivery but now that I know Noreen is so great I will start coming in more!
The floors are a bit sticky bathrooms arent bad staff is nice.

Panera Bread offers a mix of experiences. Some customers found the atmosphere welcoming, clean, and bright. Service can be exceptional, with staff being caring, attentive, engaging, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. However, some encounters have involved bad customer service, with orders mishandled at the drive-thru, and a lack of communication. One customer received no bread or side with their soup, and also missed a spoon and napkins. Grilled sandwiches have been served cold and un-grilled. Some reviews note an unusual taste in the chicken noodle soup and greasy French onion soup. While macaroni was enjoyable, the emphasis on take-out and drive-through over dine-in customers, and the value for money, have been points of concern. Unusual amounts of small flies near the beverage station have also been noted.
