“Went to support a womens group and we all had problems with the kiosk accepting our code for the fundraiser and our fundraiser did not raise any money. We all went to the counter and got shoulder shrugs for help. Won't be returning you scammed a group of elderly ladies.“
“I come here a lot (too much) because it's right by my work office. Sometimes I DoorDash. Recently had an experience where the door dasher actually grabbed the pop but refused to give it to me and kept it for himself (Shoutout to Jose on DoorDash, thief!). Without even having to call Panera or dorodash, I was able to report the item missing in the app and got a credit. Panera staff here are usually very nice and helpful. Very busy at lunchtime but great location. I do wish we could leave dasher reviews though when ordering via Panera app...“
“Great food, service, and atmosphere. My Crunchy Cinnamon bagel was delicious! 😋 The employee who checked me out was very nice, and made good recommendations for purchasing and storing bagels on my next purchase. The restaurant was clean and quiet, and it smelled delicious!“
