Their service has gone completely downhill. This used to be the greatest Tim’s around and now it has to be one of the worst. I’ve been going to this Tim’s for over 10 years and for most of that I went at least once a day if not twice a day. These days I’d rather give one of the other coffee shops in the area my money. Ended up at Biggby today after wasting 20+ mins in the drive thru. I won’t be going back.
Shut down the Canton Tim Hortons on Michigan Ave before more people get sick! They have employees working without masks and gloves handling YOUR food. This location is trash! Unsafe and needs to visited by the Health Department.
Corporate better step up and fix this dump. We pay good money and we don't expect people to be sick while making our drinks and food. We don't expect people to not be wearing a mask.
I've seen the photo of the employees without masks and I can't believe I was in your location and that same man and staff touched my food and drinks. I HATE TIM HORTONS.
