I was craving a steak and seen that Anson’s had a New York strip so I ordered one for carry out. When I got it home and opened the box I knew that I made a great decision! I ordered it medium rare and it was still cooked to perfection after the ride home. The seasoning on it was perfect ( I ordered extra seasoning) and the meat was so tender. I usually do not write reviews but I had to tonight because my steak was amazing and completely satisfied my craving
