Friendly staff but the wait is super excessive. 22 minutes in drive thru yesterday for a 10 piece nugget. 15 minutes in drive thru today for one small coffee. Please address this.
Caramel apple frappe was great!
Ordered at kiosk. They still got the order wrong asked for no onions and they put onions on burger. Customer ahead of us was having issues as well.

McDonald's offers a variety of healthy and delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Customers find the restaurant to be very busy, but the staff are always working hard to serve quickly and efficiently. The restaurant is known for being very fast and friendly, with many customers never experiencing order mistakes. While some reports mention long wait times at the drive-thru, such as up to 22 minutes for a 10-piece nugget and 15 minutes for a small coffee, overall, the service tends to be prompt. Staff are generally welcoming, and the meals are tasty and satisfying. Customers appreciate the good service, especially when staff go above and beyond, as seen when a manager helped a customer recover a forgotten wallet. Despite the occasional stale French fries and paper stuck to the straw, the restaurant provides a refueling and enjoyable meal experience.
