Brianna was amazing, super friendly, smiley and she didn’t have any issue with my crazy ordering. She definitely gave top notch customer service. I went back the next day and she had the exact same friendly and spunky attitude. I was definitely impressed. She deserves a raise 🩷
I came through the lobby as the drive thru was very busy. I was greeted but then I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and no one said anything else to me. I was confused as if there was a kiosk that I was supposed to be ordering from because of how long it took for someone to help me. I normally always have a pleasant experience at Starbucks. I’ve tried the Caro one 3 times and all 3 times one my drinks has been wrong. The one time I was so stressed out with life and it just sent me into tears when I was down the road and realized the drink was “off”. I really hope that it improves, as I understand growing pains. I know now just to do regular coffee at the Caro one because they haven’t seemed to nail the specialty drinks.
