We love this place! The mixed small town bar and great Indian food is the best. Definitely the best Indian food in the area. We are happy to drive from Kalamazoo to eat here and get in a game of pool.
Taj Bar and Grill has some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had—and I’ve eaten Indian food all over the world. The flavors are incredible, the quality is consistently amazing, and I love that their menu truly has something for everyone, even for people who don’t usually eat Indian cuisine. This place is truly a hidden gem in Cassopolis. We will gladly drive an hour just to eat here!
We had an amazing meal today at Taj. What a gem in central MI! We drove from Sawyer, MI. Totally worth it. In our group we had: paneer korma, lamb, tikka chicken masala, roti, garlic naan, salty lassi. Free puri. Mmmmmm! Everyone was happy. Even have leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
