Ordered Tim Horton’s through their app. We ordered about 6 items, and got a bunch of random items in our order, along with a note saying that they don’t have items (Including a plain doughnut, a vanilla dipped doughnut, and a mixed berry smoothie) and apologizing for it. While the gesture was nice, wouldn’t it just make more sense to tell us that you don’t have said items so that we could spend our money on something that we actually want?
