This is a fun and reasonable priced coffee shop. I have always had great customer service and enjoyed the drinks. The only downside is the small sitting area if you want to have a meeting with people.
They put the cream cheese on my bagel instead of the usual plastic knife/container combo, saves me the hassle of awkwardly slathering it on in my car and it's so rare for a biggby to do that. 10/10
The people that work here are some of the kindest, funniest people I've ever met! Even when it's busy, they stop and make sure to welcome you! Everyone there is so hard working and dedicated, and you can tell that they're a community and not just employees! Not to mention, the drinks and bragels are fantastic!!
