I started with a bad experience, I ordered 2 Culver’s bacon deluxe’s and neither of them had the patties on them. They looked like BLT’s. I tried to call for about 45 mins-1hr. Was getting frustrated because we spent solid money on this as we passed through charlevoix. When someone finally answered, there was a resolution. To get the meals corrected. This place is so much better than the McDonald's down the street. Culvers makes sure that their managers understand a concept called customer service, and unlike McDonald's in Charlevoix, they don't limit soda pop refills to 30 minute.
Why doesn't Culver's require the workers to great you when you walk up to the counter anymore? I'm not from here, just flying through. A pilot, but the young girl never said anything as I stepped in front of her at the counter! In my area, the workers at the local Culver's at least speak first before asking for our order! These people are weird!
