The meats were pretty good, the brisket was a little dry though. Also Everyone know with a good bbq place comes good sides, and they really need to work on their side game, i wasn't at all impressed with the sides. The corn slaw was the worst hands down
Brisket was fantastic, the other meats were also really good, the only reason for not leaving 5 starts on the atmosphere was it's outside only.

So good! Love all the different sauces and the meats are fantastic. Definitely one of the best restaurants in town. In Charlevoix it's easy to pay a lot for a plate and to be underwhelmed, but I'm always incredibly satisfied with the food that pigs eatin ribs serves up.
