Great salad bar and staff. The staff were a bit overworked but extremely friendly, patient and helpful. I got a burger and the salad bar. There was a lot to choose from on the salad bar. I would have really liked to have had oil and vinegar as an option for a dressing but there were plenty of others to choose from.
I was there on October 5th around 7 a.m. for breakfast. The food was sensational, and the staff was friendly, polite, and created a very relaxed atmosphere. If it was possible I would give them 200 stars.
The Big Boy legacy has never recouped it's glory but thank goodness for great management and service from the leader of Big Boy in Charlotte. She was quick to make sure our food was hot and fresh . During her table visit she smiled and we felt welcomed.
The entire experience was fantastic thanks to the General Manager ( I think she was the manager as hard as she was working) Natasha. She made my family feel like it was a marvelous experience!! We will give BIG BOY...
