Decided to order KFC for family dinner VIA the app. We picked it up in the drive through. We started to leave as I checked the order. We turned around once I realized they forgot Mac & cheese and I got the wrong sandwich. We pulled back up to the speaker and let them know. A guy came over the speaker and started arguing with me “yeah a #13 that’s what you ordered”. Better customer service at your Charlotte MI location. Also out of chicken at 10 mins to 6 on a Sunday with a 45 minute wait??? seriously not even 4 thighs of any kind? no apology. We try to go back hoping things will be different. NOPE. So disappointed everytime. Been trying for the last 5+ years. This location needs to model themselves after the Clare MI location. Take your staff there so they can learn ALOT!!
Went there before an hour before close,and the girl on the speaker ( as she laughed ) tells me "we're out of chicken " still over an hour before close and what am I supposed to eat at a chicken place. potatoes ?? Highly disappointed. 😡
