This was the first time visiting this establishment, even though I have driven by it numerous times. While the atmosphere is definitely along the rule flavor, the flavor of the food was very good. Samples were offered to me without me asking, and they explained that the only seasoning on the meat was from rubs rather than cooking the meat in the barbecue sauce itself. I ended up going with the pulled pork, and then accented it with a mixture of the Lightning and Sweet baby Ray's...
Killer spot! Loved the feel as soon as we pulled up. Service was friendly and the menu had a lot of variety. Couldn't wait to sit down and eat when they started handing those baskets out the window.
