Time to close the door and lock it permanently. Coffee machine broke, no ice and no tomatoes for a bagel BLT. Tomatoes were replaced with 1/2 thick cucumbers and your long time employee is way too angry to be dealing with customers. Good luck with your failing business but, we are moving on.
We have been longtime customers for several years. My wife uses their bagels to make homemade croutons in her Caesar salad. We usually order a dozen or more many times a year. For some reason they do not answer their phone. This is not a one time event, this is almost every time we have called in the last two years. I personally have been in their lobby several times on a Sunday morning and noticed the phone rings constantly, and is never answered. I own several small businesses...read full review
