they have the best we do not have one in my town. port Huron Michigan
I got 3 bagels and they were all pitiful. They were undercooked, flat and just not what im used to from big apple bagel. The cheddar bagel had a slice of cheese just baked on there and didnt look good at all. Not sure what's going on with this location but I hope they fix it soon.
Their bagels were having sizing irregularities, and they immediately made it right for me in an exceptional way. If you guys experienced this too, I highly recommend coming back to allow them to make it up to you.
