Never go to this Jimmy Johns location again. Screw up orders and the staff's personality is awful!!
Ordered for delivery at 12:55. Called at 1:35 to check the status of my order. Was told they didn’t have a driver until 2pm. Had I known it would take this long I would not have ordered. I understand being short staffed but don’t offer delivery service if you cannot provide that service. All I was offered was a credit for my food that I had already waited 40 minutes for. Will never order from here again. You can’t even call and give customers a heads up on the wait time?...read full review
I always place my order at 11:00 as soon as they open in hopes that the delivery will be made on time.....never is. Very slow service definitely not feaky fast.
