I’m a regular customer on DoorDash known as “Nancy Drew” (ask the staff I bet they know haha) and I’m also a regular drive-thru customer as I have been for the 3rd time this week (pic as proof for today) this team is amazing!!!!! They don’t get enough credit or appreciation for how hard they work, there was a line sooo long tonight and I felt so bad for the employees I wanted to cancel my order….this Taco Bell needs a leader not a manager, they have enough talent in-house!...
This taco bell is definitely one of the better ones, they absolutely stuff the food full here everytime I come, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is every now and then they tend to forget an item in my order.
Make sure they don't forget the sauce packets if you ask for them. It was noted on my receipt but not in the bag so I had to go in n get it myself after ordering from drive thru. My husband said it was the worst bean burrito he ever had. My taco was in pieces n the shell was undercooked. Chicken Cantina soft taco is always wonderful.
