Stopped by this Wendy’s today and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. The lady at the window was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making my day better. You can tell she takes pride in her job and in treating customers well. I left with a smile — service like that is rare these days. Whoever she is, Wendy’s is lucky to have her!

This location used to be known for messing your order up every. single. time. It was better for awhile, but has taken a turn backwards. This time sold a drink they were out of and when asked to refund the drink, refunded the order and took it back. Awesome. DONE. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While standing there waiting for my order, the man who had been before me came back up with his food because there was a hair in it. I get it, mistakes happen. But once I got my food and went home, halfway through my salad I also found a hair. Do you know how DISGUSTING it is to find a coiled black hair in the midst of your half-eaten salad?! And for it to happen twice in a row with two different customers! The health department needs to be enforcing Hygiene rules. If you aren't...
