We had our rehearsal dinner for our son here and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. We reserved the patio and the atmosphere was wonderful, the food was amazing and the wait staff was fantastic. Our main contact was Patrick and he made himself available whenever we had questions or concerns. Thank you Grateful Crow for making this important event and perfect and memorable!
Wife and I just had our first visit here. She had one of the amazing looking burgers. I had the two-patty chicken sandwich. Both were amazing!! And our server, Sydney, was excellent! She was attentive, polite and helpful and quick. Our experience will make it easy for this to be our new go-to dinner spot in Chelsea!!
Most food was good. Server got my order incorrect, so I had to wait for a remake while my family was eating, but there was no offer to compensate this error. Sushi roll was amateur and unbalanced. Limited draught selection. Music was way too loud. Server not attentive, left kids without soda refills, and waited to bring check until our to-go dessert order was up. For the price point, would have expected a higher level of service. Disappointed.
