“Huge Karen on the scene, with the haircut and everything!! My cousin had her 21st birthday here. We had 3 lanes for 16 people, and the place to ourselves after an earlier party had left. My kids had never bowled. And, as I'm coaching them, this lady comes up and says I can't stand on the unused approach to coach my kids because another party will use these lanes... which is fine, except for the fact that the place was EMPTY, save two other bar patrons. They could not possibly use any of the other 7 lanes, oh no, it had to be THAT lane, and IMMEDIATELY (despite this phantom party's absence) whatever... I continued to do my best to coach without using the unused approach... but karen obviously didn't like my shirt or something, because right after that exchange everyones lane "timed out". lanes that were already paid for and actively being used.... classy. The rest of the staff was awesome, and the pizza, flavorful, with topings and cheese piled high. But some people just can't let others enjoy things. And as much fun as I had watching my kids topple pins, and as much as I enjoyed the pizza, I left with a bad taste in my mouth for Pintown because of that lady with the awful haircut, and her need to need to be the solution to a problem that didn't exist. 5 stars for everyone else. Zero stars for Karen.”

“Super friendly staff! Their "chocolate over cherries ? " specialty beer was fun and tasty. So was their Reuben sandwich.

They have two pool tables but my buddy cleaned my clock with his queue stick during our game, so obviously my queue must have been defective? I'm going with that story and "sticking" to it -”

“I didn’t catch his name but had a really good experience with a delivery order.
I noticed that the website changed the address, so I called the store immediately after my order.
Delivery is through DoorDash at this store, so he wrote down my info and said he’d pass on.
He called back when driver arrived because apparently it’s against DoorDash policy to deliver to different address.. 🙄
Employee kept apologizing (even though it wasn’t even his fault!) and argued with the driver until the driver gave in and said he’d deliver.
Pizza showed up 8 minutes later.
Some of the best customer service I’ve had, especially over the phone, in yearssss.

“Would be great if we have to pull forward At least give me my entire meal at once. Pulling forward and waiting 5 min for drinks as my food gets cold in the vehicle is not ideal. With that said the staff is always super chipper. Rarely do I not get service with a smile and a thank you. Goes a very long way when you’re asked to pull forward. My favorite tends to be the young lady that always tells me to have a golden day.”

“Yesterday my family stopped by on our way home on a family trip when I went in Les or Leslie helped us order everything on there new system he was kind funny and helpful that being said id like to state I have NEVER met a rude person at this location they have all been very kind and helpful and accommodating at every visit but I have heard that Taco bell wants to use the new machines inside to have people order there meals and that could potentially get rid of some of there workers because of AI, I will state that the workers are 100% the reason we go back there is other fast food across the road but the service you receive makes the meal, Taco Bell you would be making a BIG mistake and doing yourself a disservice to get rid of ANY of your employees for an AI Sytem of ANY sort they make the restaurant what it is!!!”

“Went for the first time yesterday. The food was amazing!! I had smoked meatloaf, the best I have ever had. My husband had the burrito, he said it was very good but wished he would have ordered the meatloaf or ribs. We can't wait to go back again. This will now be a frequent stop for us.”
