It was totally last minute, and I had little hope of finding a bakery that could accommodate the order on short notice and with its specificity. Fannie was happy to help! She baked us a beautiful and positively delicious vegan carrot cake with buttercream frosting. My father is 78 and has enjoyed vegan desserts for many, many years.
