I came in with a group of friends, and we didn't get to the store immediately as quickly as we wanted to, but the store was still open. I think we got in sometime between 9:15-9:30pm. There was a lengthy line, but I was impressed at how well the night crew kept their composure,was polite, and made everything with focus and care. Service with a smile to! They don't serve peanuts because they "cost too much". How in the world are peanuts more expensive than pralines, pecans, walnuts or almonds? There's a dollar tree across the street on 23 and Gratiot go grab a bag or few canisters of them. Peanuts are "too expensive" so you don't carry them, well no one's complaining about your expensive ice cream, we just pay it. Quit being cheap, you lost me as a customer. Even low budget ice cream shops have peanuts.

My ice cream was made wrong, when I called and asked if it could be replaced, was told “Since we can’t take any food back, we’d still have to charge you half price for the replacement.”That’s a bull policy.
