“I stopped into Subway on lunch break just trying to grab something quick and Sarah genuinely made my entire day! She was SO personable and easy to talk to, we ended up talking about everything and nothing while she made my sub and it felt like chatting with someone I’d known forever. And the sandwich? Literally perfect. I walked in tired and grumpy and left in a significantly better mood because of one random wholesome Subway interaction lol.

“The employee named Alexis really went above and beyond to serve me and make sure I understood what I was ordering and answered every question I had. She was so friendly and smiled the entire time; it was refreshing. Ill be honest as I was hesitant due to my last encounter with a man named Allen. Very condescending when I asked any type of questions. I haven't been back since, but I'm glad i gave it another shot! My only issue was all of the fly's.....“
