“Went in for lunch today, purchased my food. One of the workers had an issue getting a lightbulb out, I offered my assistance. . Dawn was her name. Not sure if she was a worker or a manager, but very friendly and just a lovely person. Before she left, she offered me a gift card towards my next purchase of food. She didn’t have to, but just shows what a great person she is. These are the kind of workers you like to see dealing with customers.“

“Ok so i came in at 8:25 and the guy told me they closed at 9. Cool 45 minutes. He sees us, obviously, and he grabs a rag and starts cleaning???? Okay fine… it’s about to close i understand… 5 minutes goes by and he still isn’t taking care of us, so i ask again is it to late are you just not going to take care of us? He got all upset, he had to go to the ER supposedly and if he reads this he should be sorry to be honest it was rude as hell…. attitude from the get go. Saying this happens every fu*cking night and that it never stops. and a girl walked in, she seen it all, she ended up walking out and he’s like “good i don’t fu+cking care if you leave you better leave i don’t want you here” under his breath… like excuse meeee???? Another couple walks in, they were rude to him and i was kinda scared about the couple getting into a fight with him because obviously he’s not having a great night and if he supposedly has to go to the ER obviously he’s isn’t feeling well either…. He made our subs amazing, but not everyone is going to take his attitude as well as we have and by the other reviews it seems like this is normal. We’re actually on the way home from a funeral and decided to stop and get food, we were tired and hurting also not just him. I told him we will make it fast and that i will tip him and he says “i don’t care about no tip i don’t care” under his breath. That kinda upset me because i was going to tip you since you were sooooo upset with us coming in 45 minutes till close. Anyways, i am sorry you had a bad day i am sorry you have to go to the ER and i am sorry you had to do your job that you get paid to do i am so sorry you had to make two subs 45 minutes before close. You know, i work in retail, so i know how it is, i know how hard it is not to snap at people when shit isn’t going well all day but you NEVER KNOW WHAT PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH!!!! YOU DONT!!! you are NOT the only person in the world and you are not the only one having a bad day. I get a couple comments but it was every
person who walked in and every time we said something or asked to add something to a sub.
i had the hardest day of my life and just wanted food after not eating g one thing
all day because i was grieving a family member, so it was just so great that he gave me a attitude with rude comments.

I tipped anyway, because he did do a good job despite everything with out subs and i appreciate him but for future reference, you don’t know what someone is going through, you are talking to a real human being with as much problems if not worse than you. and. you aren’t the only person in the world. I’m sorry you are having a bad night but please learn how to treat people with respect you don’t know who is on their last straw. i’m not a bad person so i don’t want him in trouble but i hope he sees this and realizes and actually makes a change in his attitude if he doesn’t like his job with people then he shouldn’t be there period.“

“Was such a great experience, the girl that was working was really into making sure I was taken care of, she was funny making me laugh, I walked in in such a gloomy mood and left in high spirits while eating awesome food! I will definitely be back as long as she is working! I feel horrible not remembering her name maybe Trisha or Trista?“

“Came there yesterday and got to foot long subs and they were great got a chicken teriyaki sandwich and I been to other sub shop in the area and it was great service and food..I see other people complaining about the food .it's a sub shop. I wouldn't go to a steakhouse in order a pizza just saying.this was the 3 time going there a there are consistent that's what I like and getting better all the time.
