Absolutely love chicken shack. Have been eating it since I was a child. Grew up in Royal Oak always went to their original location off 11 mile and love that I have one nearby I can still go to!
The guy manger that also cooks is friendly fast and gives us the best service out of any other Chicken Shack we have gone to like Rochester they need to be better with the service and quality of the food the roasted potatoes are always hard overcooked or maybe not as fresh as they should be. Just got a chicken sandwich... WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! Incredible flavor and freshness. It took a little longer than a fast food joint but man... worth it. They put a single condiment on it, a testament to the chicken's ability to speak for itself (save for pickles, too, which I had them hold)
