This McDonald's is a hot mess. I used to go here all the time and since its changed managers so many times it's gone down hill. You have unsatisfied customers, staff walking around saying how they want to go home. A staff member wiped a table down then used his finger to draw on the table. My husband had an issue with his order. He went through drive through their screen wasn't working so he was asked to pull up. Ordered happy meal for my grandson... nothing in the box. Ordered a cheeseburger for my daughter and there was no burger just the bun! And they want $15/hour!

The manager, Byron, was also commended for his calm and professional demeanor when dealing with an irate customer, successfully de-escalating the situation while standing up for his staff.
