Thus was our first visit to the Royal Diner. Even though it was brunch time on a Sunday - we were seated right away. Server was great and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. Fries were crispy - just like we like them. Thanks!

Very nice Greek salad with awesome dressing.nice lemon rice soup and home style white bread. My husband gets the omelette just ok w /hash browns which are very good.

My daughter and I had dinner there last night. Being a Friday at 6 o'clock, it was understandably busy. But as soon as we entered, we were seated. Before we even got settled, waters were brought to our table. The server was polite and professional. My daughter got the fish sandwich and I ordered the Monterey chicken sandwich. Both dinners were served quickly and the sandwiches were so large, they barely fit the buns. It was one of the few times I couldn't finish my meal because it was so large. Definitely on my list of restaurants to revisit.

Went to the Royal Diner recently for breakfast. We were seated near a large screen TV with Fox News blaring at high volume. Fox News on in a public restaraunt at a loud volume is inappropriate. I get it, the Royal Diner is patriotic and clearly right wing leaning with all the red white and blue paraphernalia on the walls along with a loud Fox news TV. I guess they just want Trump supporters only in their eatery. We walked out. Won't be back. Good luck with that.

The choices are plentiful, the servings are generous, preparation is well above most restaurants and the food is excellent. Service is excellent, they check on you frequently, very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. There's something very positive in the air, I don't know any other way to describe it, but you will know what I mean when you're there!
