We ordered take out for my father's birthday. The food was out standing. The service was unbelievable. Kelseyville was so nice and so very helpful. In fact we had left our bag with the desert behind and she called to let us know, we could come back or they could refund our money. Of course we went back. Such great food and such wonderful service

My husband's steak was delicious, cooked perfectly. My lamb chops were tough and the asparagus was over cooked. I 'll definitely order steak going forward.

We were seated within minutes of arriving. Got glasses of water and menu's. About 5 minutes later we got our drink orders in and that's when things got slow. It was over 15 minutes to place our order. And almost an hour after we arrived we got our dinner. Now they were busy and I don't know how many servers were working but that seemed a little long. The food was worth the wait though. My prime rib looked like a beef roast it was huge. The food was excellent and our server was excellent. We will definitely go again. The parking is a little tough very confined, you might have to park across the street.Parking: 2 handicap parking spots. Very tight parking.
Food was amazing for me (filet mignon med rare can’t miss) but a friend of mine was given a spare tire as a wagyu steak. When we questioned it the waitress replied with “oh we tell everyone to steer away from that choice” the most expensive steak on the menu and it was terrible because it was not a wagyu steak. When we asked where the bone was (it was advertised as a bone in steak) the server told us “there should be a bone in there somewhere” paid full price for that 86.00 even though we had to get a new meal and I mention the price because the best solution management had for us was “we can give you guys a free brownie dessert” after asking “would you say you at least ate half the steak?” I wish the management team had a clue to what they were doing but you are way better off at lellis or prime and proper at least they take customer service into account (I won’t buy the whole how hard it is on restaurants with inflation excuse either if you are charging 86 dollars for a piece of meat it better be what is expected or just take it off the menu if you can’t do it well, charge 150 but it damn well better be what you guys advertise .The only good point in the night service wise was David cheering us up after the fact if it wasn’t my first time there I would have just made sure to ask for him. The food is as good as the service is terrible and the food was amazing for me at least….. CHARGE MORE BUT PLEASE DELIVER ON WHAT YOU ARE ADVERTISING
